Ultrarunning World magazine moves from strength to strength in its latest free offering, issue 25.
Featuring News, Recent Races, articles and Race Reports including Effective Training Methods for Ultrarunners by Joe Wenman, a short essay on herd-think, Conformity by Andy Howett, Lakeland Trails Ultra by triathlete Lorna Cullen. A couple of reports from Wales with the Blade Runner 50k by Jason Dickson and the Brecon to Cardiff  Ultra by Adam Rykala.
Further east there is the Cotswold Way Century by Robert Bramall and down in Somerset, the Ham & Lyme by Richard Foster.
On the continent, the magazine introduces TransBavaria by Nicole Schwarz and Leila Thompson talks to Pavel Zuk, there’s a Q&A with Mara Guler-Cionca and a conversation with Nicola Love currently running a virtual crossing of Australia from the comfort of her front room on a treadmill.
